Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers about plastic septic pits, delivery, and assembly.

Are these pits compliant with council regulations?

These are plastic pits intended for off-grid properties, tiny homes, and alternative rural builds. They are not designed for standard residential compliance. Check your local council requirements before purchasing.

What size is the septic pit?

We currently supply a 1500L three-compartment pit suitable for 8–10 users in off-grid settings. Dimensions are 2000mm L × 1050mm W × 1060mm H. Contact us to discuss if this suits your needs.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 1–2 weeks from order confirmation, depending on current stock and delivery logistics. We'll give you a clear timeframe when you order.

Do the pits come assembled?

No. Pits are delivered as flat-packed panels requiring on-site assembly. We provide assembly instructions. Basic hand tools are typically sufficient.

What access do you need for delivery?

Clear vehicle access for a standard delivery truck (minimum 3m width). Panels are manageable weight for manual handling and unloading.

Do you deliver outside your local area?

We're based in Noosa Hinterland and service the local area including Sunshine Coast and Gympie. Wider Queensland delivery is available upon request depending on distance and logistics. Call to discuss your location.

Can you help with installation?

We supply the pits and can provide general assembly guidance. You're responsible for excavation, assembly, installation, and connections. We don't arrange professional installation services.
